Why EdgeEQ Exists
I founded Hooper Rees to work with leaders who wanted to go deep — long-term coaching that reshapes the way they think, lead, and live. Over the years, I’ve worked with senior executives, founders, and leadership teams across industries and geographies.
But one truth became clear: the real challenges people face in the workplace are not just about leadership — they’re about being human. They’re about how we think, feel, and behave in relation to ourselves and others.
And that isn’t something only leaders need. It’s something everyone in an organisation benefits from.
That’s why I created EdgeEQ.
EdgeEQ is the sister organisation to Hooper Rees, designed to bring the same depth of insight and neuroscience-based approach, but in a format that works for whole teams and companies. It is about making emotional intelligence accessible, practical, and collective.
