Emotional Intelligence for Leadership
Duration - 3 hours (virtual)
Understand how the brain works and how this influences your behaviour.
This programme is an essential foundation for any leader.
It will help you identify what is preventing you from having the impact you want currently and provide you with a new mental model to support your leadership development.
Cost - £450 (exc VAT) (£1,200 (exc VAT) for Groups of up to 5 people)
One Day Individual Coaching
Duration: One day (in-person or virtual).
For leaders who have a particular topic they wish to focus on, and who have the time to thoroughly explore various perspectives, identify any underlying beliefs that may have gone unnoticed, and establish a clear outcome.
Cost - £750 (exc VAT)
Leadership Coaching (1 month)
Duration - 4 x 60 min sessions (Virtual)
For leaders who have a short-term need or want to try Leadership Coaching for the first time.
You will benefit from being introduced to the 'EQ for Leadership' model and will identify a specific area for development.
You will be challenged to identify an opportunity to experiment with change and be supported through this process.
Cost - £2,100 (exc VAT)
Leadership Coaching (3 months)
Duration - 12 x 60 min sessions (Virtual)
For Leaders who would benefit from a medium term engagement, either due to operational needs or where team engagement is lower than their desired level.
You will benefit from have a thorough understanding of the 'EQ for Leadership' model and will be expected to have created a new mental model that will allow you to lead with impact.
Cost - £6,000 (exc VAT)
Leadership Mentoring (12 months)
Duration - 12 months - 48 hours (Virtual + In Person)
For Leaders who would benefit from a long-term engagement due to high growth, high change or disruption, including Founders and those transitioning into significant senior leadership roles.
You will benefit from a deep understanding of your leadership style, including identifying opportunities for significant personal growth. You will establish a Trusted Thinking Partner, which will allow you to navigate challenges with significant impact and speed.
Cost - £12,000 (exc VAT)
Team Coaching
Duration - 0.5 Days to Full Days
Supporting Leaders in the process of creating enhanced Psychological Safety for the benefit of each member of the team and the team's performance.
Collaboration is critical to Team success but is harder to achieve due to factors outside of a Leaders control. The Team will benefit from having a structured approach to indentifying opportunities to improve and will co-create a shared model of how to effect collective behaviour change.
Cost - £5,000 per day
