My Story

I worked in Corporate Finance for 16 years and witnessed the significant influence of good and bad leadership. It had an impact on the success of businesses, the employees, and the leaders themselves.

When my first daughter was born, it prompted me to evaluate who I was and what I wanted from life. For too long, I had felt frustrated that I was not fulfilling my potential, but I was paralysed by a sense of fear.

I decided to take action and engage in a period of learning more about myself. What I discovered not only significantly changed my life but also led me to realize the opportunity that exists for others, specifically those in a position of leadership.

So, with the support of my wife (and now daughter), I decided to pursue my passion in Human Behaviour and Psychology. Now, I run a consultancy focused on successfully developing leaders, using a methodology I have developed over the past 10 years. The methodology helps leaders have a unique and in-depth understanding of themselves and supports them in becoming more impactful to achieve greater success.

As a leader, it's important to recognise that the journey we've taken to get where we are today has greatly influenced our personalities. However, the human brain only allows us to see so much, which means there may be blind spots that we are unaware of. To truly make an impact as a leader, it's crucial to actively seek out and uncover these blind spots. This is the foundation of my personalised approach to leadership development.

My ambition is to be considered one of the world's best Leadership Development Coaches. I believe it is essential that my clients are aware of this, as I hope it motivates them to work with me and achieve their goals.

When I am not working with clients, I am learning how to be the best dad I can be and enjoying the precious time I have with my two daughters.
