How long is a typical coaching engagement?
From experience, meaningful change takes time. Most coaching engagements run over 6–12 months, which allows space for reflection, experimentation, and integration. This isn’t about quick wins — it’s about building the mindset and behaviour shifts that last.
Do you offer one-off sessions or short-term support?
Occasionally — but my focus is on sustained coaching that leads to lasting change. If you’re looking for a one-time workshop or tactical advice, EdgeEQ may be a better fit for your team.
